How do you connect and notarize?

Once your identity is successfully verified, you will connect to our notary agent via audio-video technology, where we will identify you visually. Our notary public will then apply their signature and eNotary seal to your document to complete the notarization process and email the completed, legally notarized document back to you!


How do I sign my document?

We use electronic signing (eSigning) technology that requires no additional hardware or application on your end, just your keyboard. When you are in session with our eNotary, you will eSign by typing your name onto the document. We will embed a number of security features into the document to protect the validity of your signature.


Is using your system secure?

Yes, it is. Our system is designed with security, ease of use and simplicity in mind. Your documents are stored securely during your notarization process, and they are removed from the server at the end. Please note that we do save some of your document's authentication on our servers so that your Notary receiving party can verify your notarized document.
